An Exercise Physiologist himself, John founded Guardian Exercise Rehabilitation in 2000 – with Custodian Work Assist and Rapport Psychology following in 2020 and 2025, respectively.
It was at the beginning of his clinical career that John identified the missing piece of the puzzle in compensable injury rehabilitation: structured physical activity, as early in the recovery journey as possible. His purpose was, and remains to be, connecting people to a healthier life.
John’s current focus is to lead the Board effectively, overseeing the organisation’s strategic direction, management, and governance.

Rob joined us as CEO in late 2022. With a wealth of experience in guiding businesses through change, growth and transformation, Rob believes the best leaders inspire confidence in their teams while leading with sincerity and empathy.
A Chartered Accountant by trade, Rob has previously held positions as both CEO and CFO – aspiring always to provide robust and sustainable solutions for all stakeholders.

Erica is a Chartered Accountant with 20 years’ experience across a range of industries. Starting as an auditor in the UK, she moved to Australia 11 years ago for her career and hasn’t looked back!
